Fundraising/Donations

With an every day mission to develop our student-athletes to reach their full potential on and off of the ice, our program aims to provide a healthy and safe environment for the elite player to grow as a player, person and teammate through the great game of hockey.

Donor support is vital to helping our program manage the extraordinary costs of playing travel hockey at the highest level. All gifts do make an IMPACT and support the long-term growth and success of our kids!

The Ohio AAA Blue Jackets operate as a 501(c)(3) non profit organization.

All gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law. EIN 42-1633311.

AREAS OF GIVING

General donations are unrestricted gifts. These gifts allow our board and management staff the flexibility to support the areas of greatest need at any given time.

We are committed to helping our players achieve their dreams. Our scholarship fund was created to support families in need to help reduce barriers so that any player that earns a spot has a chance to play.

If you would like your gift to support a specific player, please write their name in the note/comment section.

The Holly Frank Excellence Fund is focused on providing education, resources and support to our players, coaches and parents to grow and develop off of the ice. This fund includes support of the Beyond the Ice Program. It is our goal to be able to provide these extra growth opportunities for everyone in our program at no additional cost to our families.

The game of hockey is growing in Central Ohio like never before! Our girls program was re-introduced in 2022 and has since expanded to three teams (12U, 14U and 16U). This fund was established with the goal of supporting the growth and development of our girls program.

Each season, our program aims to represent the Columbus Blue Jackets at the prestigious Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament. The tournament is a 12 day event that takes place each February and is a once in a lifetime experience for players, coaches and families alike.

By supporting the Quebec Fund, you are helping lower the extraordinary costs of travel and participation for the families involved that go above and beyond their season fees.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

When asked why he gives back, Columbus Blue Jackets forward Sean Kuraly stated, “My time with the Ohio AAA Blue Jackets not only made me a better hockey player, but more importantly taught me the values of being a good teammate, working hard and how to be a part of something bigger than myself. I am forever grateful for my experience and it is important to me to pay it forward for the current and future generations of AAA.”
