We are thrilled to be hosting our annual Golf Outing, proudly presented by Tansky Sawmill Toyota and Tansky Powersports!
Join us Monday, August 18, 2025, at The Club at Tartan Fields—home to an award-winning Arnold Palmer Signature Course—for the BEST DAY OF THE YEAR!
Proceeds from this outing benefit the operation of Ohio AAA Blue Jackets to reduce costs for all families and the program's scholarship fund for players in need, ensuring every player has the opportunity to grow and thrive through hockey. Your support has a real IMPACT on the experience, development and future of our players!

Mulligan Package
$100 PER FOURSOME
Venmo @OBJAAA if you would like to prepay for your group's Mulligan Package.
Package includes the following benefits for your group:
- No score worse than par on any hole
- All putts inside the length of the flagstick are considered "good". You must count the stroke
- Play 1 hole of your choice from the red tees (closest)
- 1 free throw - per player
- 1 free foot wedge (kick) - per player
- 1 mulligan - per player

HOLE 1
RAFFLE HOLE
Raffle items will be on display at check in. Participants will be able to place their tickets into baskets of desired items. Winners will be drawn at the post golf reception.
At this hole, we will have raffle tickets for sale as well as a challenge on the tee box to earn more!
If you have something that you would like to contribute to the raffle, it is not too late!
HOLE 4
LONG DRIVE COMPETITION
- Long drive champions for the day will be named for both men and women!
Winners will receive a prize at the post-golf awards ceremony.
HOLE 6
BEAT THE PRO COMPETITION WITH BACK SWING GOLF
Challenge Back Swing Golf professional Maddie Hensley for a competitive and fun spin on a closest to the pin contest!
Girls Hockey Director Kerry Bowman and OBJ alumna and assistant coach Elie Fallieras will be present on this hole.
Proceeds raised on this hole will benefit our girls program!

- Make a hole-in-one and win a $500 Callaway Golf Shopping Spree

CLOSEST TO THE PIN WITH ED GINGHER & NICK PETRAGLIA
- OBJ leadership will be present to play with each group. Ed and Nick will provide updates about the program's exciting new Arena Project in Delaware.
- Closest to the pin champion for the day will receive a prize at the post-golf awards ceremony!
HOLE IN ONE PRIZE
- Make a hole-in-one and win a vacation for four (4) at the exquisite and breathtaking Lajitas Golf Resort & Spa in Lajitas, TX.

GOLF BALL CANNON LAUNCHER
- The Cannon Man is back! Fire darts with the powerful and accurate golf ball cannon in this unique and fun competition.
This experience is brought to you by Chuck Thuss and Compassionate Connection.
Chuck works closely with our players as part of the Beyond the Ice Program which is focused on providing education, resources and support to our players, coaches and parents to grow and develop off of the ice.
It is our goal to be able to provide these additional growth opportunities for everyone in our program at no additional cost to our families through the Holly Frank Excellence Fund.
HOLE 15
SHOOT & SHORE WITH OBJ NATIONAL SEMIFINALISTS
- 18U National Semifinalists and longtime AAA Blue Jackets Colin Dustin and Lucas Goodfellow will play with each group as they come through
- All players must putt with a hockey stick on the green. If you score for our team, you will receive a prize!
- Closest to the pin champion for the day will receive a prize at the post-golf awards ceremony.

- Make a hole-in-one and win a 2025 Toyota Camry SE courtesy of Tansky Sawmill Toyota!
HOLE 17
QUEBEC FUNDRAISER
- Our 12U (2013) team will be selling raffle tickets for a Yeti & Booze Raffle to support the team's pursuit of the prestigious Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament.
- Current OBJ players will be present to help your team putt.
- Closest to the pin champion for the day will receive a prize at the post-golf awards ceremony!
