49 players named to USA Hockey Player Development Camps

49 players with program ties have been selected by USA Hockey to participate in this summer's Player Development Camps, including 10 at the National level. USA Hockey Player Development Camps for players between the ages of 14-17 and provide the United States’ top young players with age-appropriate on- and off-ice training and coaching from elite-level instructors, as well as the opportunity to compete against their peers from throughout the the country.

Additionally, OBJ coaches Kerry Bowman (Girls Select 15), Ed Gingher (Boys Select 17) and Nick Petraglia (Boys Select 17) have been selected as coaches at various national camps. The program's head athletic trainer, Josh Horn (Orthopedic ONE) will participate in the Boys Select 16 Camp.

The USA Hockey Player Development Camps also serve as an evaluation environment for players competing to represent the U.S. at international tournaments and events including the Hlinka Gretzky Cup, the Under-17 Five Nations Tournament, and the Women's National Festival in Lake Placid, N.Y.

Since their launch in 1977, USA Hockey’s Player Development Camps have been a springboard for countless future Olympians and professional players.
